Nauru Restoration Generation
About this organisation
Nauru Restoration Generation is an environmental project offering free guidance and training to all Nauruans to promote the use of sustainable land management practices.
Their mission is to create a healthier and more resilient ecosystem in Nauru for future generations.
Led by DEMA and co-financed by several national and international partners, the project is pursuing three Sustainable Development Goals as set by the United Nations:
Life on Land
Climate Action
Zero Hunger
How we helped
After their recent establishment, the team needed a user-friendly website to share information and photos about the project with Nauruans and with their international stakeholders. They needed to launch relatively quickly to respect their existing timeline.
The project had a pre-existing logo, created as part of a community contest in Nauru, however it didn’t have a complete brand identity. We expanded their logo into a brand identity that evokes sustainability, modernity, friendliness and liveliness.
We designed and developed a Squarespace website where everyone can learn about the activities carried by the team and where stakeholders can find insights such as meeting minutes, project reports, annual budget and vacant positions.
The website has been designed to facilitate and minimise the work of the project’s management team, so they can focus on the tasks that make a real difference.
We also helped Nauru Restoration Generation acquire a local domain name and set up a branded e-mail address so they can communicate securely and professionally.

“Nathan’s work met our requests. We are very happy with the final outcome. Our website looks very neat and professional. Also, the training sessions on navigating and editing the website was done very well. I would recommend using his services.”
