About this business
The Coolum Beach Breakers are a junior AFL club on the Sunshine Coast with 18 years of history. Driven by community and family values, they provide a fun and supportive environment for boys and girls aged 4 to 17 to grow while developing their physical and social skills through Australian Football League.
The Breakers' website was outdated and they relied on social media for public communications. They needed a new, on-brand website to better present the club, showcase their sponsors, communicate key dates and resources, publish match reports and, most importantly, encourage new players to join the club.
How we helped
We partnered with their president to create a website that feels modern, bold, friendly and playful on the Squarespace platform. We built a ‘match reports’ area with easy navigation where both players and parents can find out more about the matches.
We also made sure to promote their podcast, social networks, merchandise and food ordering system throughout the website. In addition, we helped them secure a domain name and set up professional email addresses for members of the committee.
